The display of goods, products, and related offers is intended to provide our customers with an approximate preview and description of the products through the supporting images provided. The customer's submission of a purchase order and our acceptance thereof shall constitute a promise (and not a binding contract) by both parties to fulfill the order in accordance with the displayed price and the following terms and conditions.

1. All products available on our website are intended for personal use only, and we recommend that they not be resold.

2. Prices listed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change and updates in accordance with fluctuations in poultry and meat market prices. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice and to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

3. We make every effort to ensure that products reach our valued customers in the best possible condition, subject to available production, packaging, distribution, and transportation circumstances. Product and service images displayed on the website may be subject to design enhancements, and customers should not expect delivered products to be identical in appearance to the images displayed online.

4. We adopt a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment policy. Payment may be made in cash or through instant bank transfer at the point of delivery of the products or services.

5. Where secure online payment is available, any amount paid through the website shall be considered a deposit attached to the purchase order and not the final price of the ordered goods until the order is completed through delivery or return, based on the actual weight of weight-based products.

6. We accept payments via Egyptian and international credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.

7. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the delivery options selected during checkout.

8. Customers have the right to refuse receipt of an order if it has suffered damage during production or shipping; however, shipping charges shall remain the customer's responsibility.

9. Returns for fresh food products (meat and poultry) are accepted only on the same day of delivery and within a maximum period of one hour from receipt of the order. Customers shall bear the shipping and return costs resulting from a change of mind.

10. Returns and exchanges for non-food products are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition and packaging. Customers shall bear the shipping costs associated with returns due to a change of mind.

11. We do not provide cash refunds for products that have been used or damaged by the customer for any reason, including improper storage or misuse.

12. Eligible refunds, after deduction of applicable shipping costs, will be issued immediately using the original payment method, subject to banking and transaction processing timelines.

13. We respect our customers' privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

14. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact phone numbers for follow-up, updates, and customer service purposes. Customers must also ensure their availability at the agreed delivery time to receive the order. For prepaid orders (including digital wallets or online payments), any differences arising from actual product weight shall be settled in cash upon delivery or collection, whether payable by or to the customer.

15. We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to any person for any reason deemed appropriate by us.

16. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing them regularly to stay informed of any changes.

## Note

For certain prepaid orders, additional charges or adjustments may arise due to actual weight differences or variations in delivery costs based on the delivery area. Such differences shall be collected from or paid to the customer in cash upon delivery or collection. The issued invoice shall be the sole basis for determining the final total value of the order.
